30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The cover is in its original, unused condition
- All components, hardware, and accessories are included
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Orders returned after the 30-day window
- Products with missing parts or damaged packaging
- Custom or special-order items
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as SILVEX is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions
- Send us the tracking number once the item is shipped
