For 2 years from the date of delivery, your SILVEX Electric Tonneau Cover is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. That includes the motor and drive system, the aluminum slat assembly, the rails and mounting system, and the built-in lighting (bed lights and rear LED light bar).
Email sales@silvexcovers.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video. A real person reviews every claim, and most get a first response within one business day. If it's a defect, we make it right: replacement parts, a repair, or a replacement cover.
